I have already registered my fuel and/or additive. What are my ongoing obligations?

Fuel manufacturers/importers are required to submit both quarterly and annual reports detailing the name, production volume, fuel properties, and additive content of each fuel. The forms are available here:

Fuel additive manufacturers are only required to submit annual reports detailing impurities, additive mechanisms, and production values of each fuel additive. The form is available here: https://www.epa.gov/fuels-registration-reporting-and-compliance-help/form-3520-13a-fuel-additive-manufacturer-annual 
 

All companies are required to keep these forms updated. If you are no longer producing a fuel or fuel additive, please request the EPA terminate the registration. If you have substantially changed the components of your fuel/fuel additive, you are required to notify the EPA.
